ACSL Practice Tests
Each practice test mirrors the short-problems section of a real ACSL contest: six questions drawn from that contest's three topics. Pick your division, work through the six problems, then submit to see your score and a full solution for every question.
Contest 1
Topics: Computer Number Systems, Recursive Functions, What Does This Program Do?
Contest 2
Topics: Prefix/Infix/Postfix Notation, Bit-String Flicking, LISP. Junior Division covers What Does This Program Do? in place of LISP.
Contest 3
Topics: Boolean Algebra, Data Structures, FSAs and Regular Expressions. Junior Division covers What Does This Program Do? in place of FSAs and Regular Expressions.
Contest 4
Topics: Graph Theory, Digital Electronics, Assembly Language. Junior Division covers What Does This Program Do? in place of Assembly Language.
